At The Buffet, the beer flows like a river (only Coors on tap) and the doors are closed just long enough to mop the floor. An average night at this dive could include getting yelled at by a snarkey bartender for not tipping enough while chowing down on a dollar hot dog and chatting it up with some old lush who has been on the same stool since they opened. Endearingly cramped, crowded and stuffy, The Buffet is a raucous, all-you-can-drink celebration. The bar also features 'Happy Minutes': At 6 p.m. drinks are buy-one-get-one-free, and at 11 p.m. you get a second of whatever you're drinking for $1.
