Tucson Drinks: beer bars
Did you know there’s a goddess of beer? After eating some rotten grains 13,000 years ago, the ancient Sumerians began to worship a deity named Ninkasi, daughter of Enki and Ninti and who was born of sparkling fresh water and uses “noble dogs” to guard the mash while she’s making it.
