It's summer: School's out, your job's been outsourced, your friend is in Jamaica and you have nothing to do.
Get drunk, silly! But who wants a stodgy old beer when it's hot enough to brew malts on the sidewalk? It's time for summer cocktails: light drinks with a little fizz, a touch of sweet and misleadingly high alcohol content. Lucky for you, many restaurants are just starting to bust out their caipirinhas and cucumber martinis, changing their drink menus to fit the seasons.
