Sky Bar, the new café/bar on Fourth Avenue owned by Brooklyn Pizza's Tony Vaccaro, is serving up a host of premium cocktails at screaming prices. The new cocktail menu, created by mixologist Patrick O’Brien, formerly of Barrio, is full of carefully crafted classics with a twist.
The holiday knickers (pictured) is a play on the classic knickerbocker cocktail, usually composed of gin and vermouth. O’Brien’s version is made with rum, muddled mint, lime, rose water and a house-made spiced cranberry syrup created from cinnamon, clove and elderflower. Best of all, this cocktail (like most others on the list) is only $6.
