Tucson farmers markets
Farmers markets are sprouting up all over Tucson. But even though the trend is still fresh in our minds, the seed was planted long ago.
The first humans on Earth were undoubtedly “locavores.” Without trains, grocery stores or web-based cheese importers, local food was all they could get! With a wealth of options nowadays, modern consumers must not only choose to eat locally, but choose where they want to do it.
