OM offers Asian fusion in a city-slick (i.e., not Tucson) atmosphere. These are dishes meant to linger over, from concept to presentation, from the lamb samosas starter to the Asian pears and softshell crab salad, the anise-braised beef short ribs to the mango mousse torte. OM offers a full sushi menu too, as well as signature cocktails like the saketini (sake, Grand Marnier and pineapple juice) and wasabi Bloody Mary.
