Frogs Organic Bakery

Tucson's newest Parisian cafe is the work of five-star French pastry chef Jean Luc Labat, who offers a menu of carefully crafted quiches, open-faced tartine sandwiches and lots of dessert. Frogs also serves lattes and beer for the evening time. Opened late 2010, this adorable boulangerie is a resonably priced spot for healthy (guacamole-shrimp tartine, anyone?) and authentic (croque-monsieur) French delights. Vegetarians will find plenty of options too.
