This locally owned restaurant has been serving barbecue to Tucsonans since 1950. Grab a barbecue sandwich, tacos or a dinner, which comes with your choice of sides (potato salad, coleslaw, fries or onion rings), though we recommend bumping it up 50 cents and getting the sweet potato fries. Specials rotate daily and, if you can't get enough of that sauce that they generously slather their meats with, buy a bottle to take home. Jack's offers a 10 percent military discount.
