The generic term "snow cone" doesn't begin to hint at the Mexican version. Think ice and fruity flavorings, sure, but add ice cream and real fruit. Sonora Snow Cones, a little shop on Congress and Grande, has been serving raspados for 13 years. And while you will find the standard flavors like strawberry and pineapple, they also serve exotic combinations such as the chamoyada with lime, tamarind candy and spicy chamoy sauce.
