Wildflower

It’s never really that tempting to ditch your diet at Wildflower, because the salads are often the best thing on the menu. In addition to offering a lobster salad with grilled asparagus and white truffle vinaigrette ($18), Wildflower serves just about the best tuna in town. Their seared ahi tuna sunomono salad with fresh avocado and house-made cilantro-ginger vinaigrette ($14) is an explosion of Asian flavors. The thin slices of cucumbers practically melt together with the soft avocado and sweet dressing. The tuna itself, lightly seared on the outside and practically raw in the middle, is surprisingly fresh for desert seafood.
