Cup Cafe

In addition to being healthy options, the Cup Cafe’s salads are also cheaper alternatives to their superbly prepared entrees. The depot salad ($12 for lunch, $13 for dinner), for example, provides enough prime cuts of beef to fill anyone up. It also has huge chunks of tasty tomatoes, imported mozzarella balls, artichoke hearts and a mix of crisp field greens. The sun-dried tomato vinaigrette, prepared in-house, is lightly tossed and topped with a speckling of parmesan cheese. But beware: With all that beef in your salad, you might make the herbivores at the other table jealous.
