We trust chefs' palates when it comes to preparing our food. It only follows that when they eat out, they go for the best.

And, yes, sometimes "best" means fine dining—Vivace is the most commonly recommended restaurant—but many chefs appreciate a well-prepared Sonoran hot dog or juicy kebab, too. What follows, then, is a varied selection of Tucson chefs' favorites.
