Walking across the "bridge" to the doors of Kon Tiki, you see the words, "Welcome to Paradise." Indeed. A mix of campy cool and history—it opened in 1963—it's the oldest Polynesian restaurant in town and a bar with a drink menu that's three pages long. Order a monkey on a stick appetizer with a lethal scorpion cocktail and life is good.
