Tucson doesn't have a lot in the way of Hawaiin options, but it's hardly a beggars-can't-be-choosers situation at Lani's Luau. In addition to an array of authentic Hawaiin dishes—the kalua-style pig is moist and delicately salty—are nods to the Pan-Asian-ness of the islands. You'll find crispy Korean chicken wings and Portuguese and Filipino plates, all of which are served in a laidback setting.
