A date-night choice pretty much since it opened in 1998, Pastiche serves modern American cuisine infused with international flavors. That translates to comfort food such as the mac and cheese (with bacon!) to more layered items like the thyme sea bass (with a smoked tomato-caper beurre blanc and Champagne cream sauce). Bistro portions of many items are available. All this can be served with the wine of your choice, an impressive selection filled out by the on-site wine shop, where bottles line the walls from floor to ceiling alongside imported cheeses and jellies.
