Owner Joe Joseph Abi-Ad serves up fast-casual cuisine with attention to detail, as with the finely diced, well-seasoned bed of vegetables the shawarma meats sit upon. The hummus is also good, tasting of freshly cooked chickpeas as opposed to canned ones and the right amount of tahini. You can do it on the cheap here with the array of pita sandwiches.
