This converted house across the street from Pueblo High School has a humble, comfy dining room that wraps around both ends of the kitchen. “The Sparrow” not only serves up a respectable assortment of fast-Mexican fare (excellent chile rellenos) at very reasonable prices but also ventures into higher-priced coastal fare consisting primarily of shrimp, squid, octopus and clams.
