Visiting Mosaic Dos at lunchtime is like strong-arming your way through the mosh pit at a Metallica concert. Well, almost. But the point is, it's packed. Packed enough that it's a literal race to get the last table in the joint or be forced to wait for someone to leave. Luckily, the food is often worth the wait, and the servings are gigantic.
