In business for more than 35 years, this place specializes in home-style Sonoran food. 'Yes, they serve the food here in foam containers with plastic utensils. But this is anything but your average foam fare. The beans are homemade, not canned, and authentic-tasting, as is the rice. Even better are the made-in-house tortillas that come with the meal. They're fresh and hand-patted, which makes them a bit thicker and results in a very pleasing texture and flavor.' Tom March 29, 2007
