Short Rib Sliders and a local made beer is not what I expected for my first visit to Cayton's at the new Ritz-Carlton. I thought it would be stuffy and expensive but it was just the opposite. There is no better service, no better food and no place more comfortable to relax with friends. I loved eating the rib sliders and Copperhead Ale (Barrio Brewery) while watching the sunset over the mountains.

Cayton's is at the golf club that hosts Accenture Match Play. It opened early this year. The Ritz hotel and spa open the end of the year and our bartender told me that there going to be 3-4 more great restaurants and bars coming up there. He wouldn't tell me the concepts but he said, "locals and guests are going to love it."

If you havn't been, there is nothing to lose. I'm talking my parents for brunch in 2 weeks.
