Veggie burgers
If the image of a belching cow gives you a shudder, you have a sensitive stomach or you simply enjoy new culinary avenues, it’s probably time to dig into a veggie burger.
You don’t have to be a vegetarian to eat one. Restaurants all over town are warming up to the idea of meatless patties, experimenting with textures and creating completely new and intriguing tastes. In Tucson at least, it’s no longer just about making fake beef. Some of our best burgers taste like crunchy burritos, marinated vegetables or even Middle Eastern falafel.
