Like a time-warped steak museum, one look at the laminated menu transports you back a good three decades. Of course, a steak place is ultimately judged by its beef, and Chad's makes the grade here. Its signature is its ribeye steak, corn-fed Black Angus beef that's a well-charred, nicely marbled hunk 'o meat. Complimentary cheese bread starts the meal and apple can finish it.
