If you've seen one Chili's, you've pretty much seen them all. If you haven't seen Chili's . . . where have you been? Growing out of a single business in a converted post office in Dallas in 1975, Chili's has over 1,000 outlets to date; the Tucson area has five. The decor is kinda Southwestern, and the food is kinda Tex-Mex. The servings are large, fat-filled and generally tasty. They feature a full bar and are generally hoppin'.
