Authenticity, freshness and reasonable prices have long been hallmarks of Mina Hingst's food. Mina's is a family-run restaurant with Mina and husband Mark waiting and clearing tables, while son Stephen mans the kitchen. The sauces can be sublime. Go for the fried banana with coconut ice cream ($3.95), egg roll dough wrapped around a banana, fried and served with a dollop of homemade ice cream. Certainly among the best Thai restaurants in Tucson.
